I wasn’t always a confident and positive person.
Five years ago I was at the lowest point of my life. I was obese, struggling with mental and physical health issues, and I felt trapped inside of my own body.
Since then, I decided to make a change and cultivate more positivity and wellbeing in my life.
I began to improve my mindset, set achievable goals and focus on daily healthy habits to take steps toward the life I had always desired.
It has been four years since then, and I've been able to maintain my 100 pound weight loss, improve my overall confidence and mental health, and create a sustainable lifestyle I am excited to maintain forever.
